      Registration fee of US$300, mailed to arrive before May 1, 2001; it includes my IMDA membership dues for 2001-2002 and a subscription to the Journal. ($350 if received after this date)

      Full-time student registration fee of US$200, mailed to arrive before May 1, 2001, which includes the subscription for the Journal and IMDA membership for 2001-2002; I am including a photocopy of my student ID. ($250 if received after this date). Faculty member students are not entitled  to this reduced fee.

      Early spouse registration fee of US$85, mailed to arrive before May 1, 2001, which does not include Journal  subscription, IMDA membership, Congress  proceedings, nor participation in Congress sessions. ($100 if received after this date)

      Early registration fee of US$200 for Eastern European academics who are working on a full time basis for a university or a research institution in the region, mailed to arrive before May 1, 2001, which includes the subscription for the Journal and IMDA  membership for 2001-2002

     Tour to Plitvice Lakes on Wednesday afternoon, July 4, 2001 (3 to 5 hrs).  Cost: $35 per person.

     Deduct $60 from your registration fee if you have already paid your 2000-2001 membership dues.

     Late fee of US$25 for all attendents who register on site

*I am the authorized user of this credit card and willfully authorize the International Management Development Association (IMDA) officials to charge my account in the amount indicated above.  If I do not attend the Tenth Annual World Business Congress, I  forfeit my rights of a refund claim.  However, I may be entitled to nominate a substitute on my behalf, provided that she/he did not register for the Congress and the IMDA officials were informed in writing  prior to the start of the Congress.  Congress registration fee receipts  will be provided at the start of the Congress.
