The conference rate, including days before and after the Congress, is $200.00 Canadian single or double occupancy. This rate includes an open buffet American style breakfast. The cut-off date for reservations is June 1, 2003. You may cancel your reservations without penalty up to 24 hours before the beginning of the Congress. As the month of June is a very busy holiday season for Vancouver, you are urged to reserve early.
