The Congress venue is the contemporary four star Hyatt Regency Vancouver Hotel. The excellent central downtown location offers easy walking access to shopping, dining, entertainment and attractions. The hotel offers 644 beautifully and tastefully decorated rooms including, 25 junior suites and 10 executive suites, plus the exclusive amenities on Hyatt Business Plan, Gold Passport, and Regency Club levels. The conference rate, including days before and after the Congress, is $200.00 Canadian single or double occupancy. This rate includes an open buffet American style breakfast. The cut-off date for reservations is June 1, 2003. You may cancel your reservations without penalty up to 24 hours before the beginning of the Congress. As the month of June is a very busy holiday season for Vancouver, you are urged to reserve early.
