ACCOMMODATION Within walking distance of the Congress venue there are two contemporary congress hotels for delegates-Hotel Randwyck and NH Hotel Maastricht. Hotel Randwyck is a 3-star mid-class hotel. There are 50 hotel rooms with shower/toilet, telephone, color TV and internet connection, and a fitness room. The hotel is very close to Maastricht city center and connected to the Maastricht School of Management where the congress will be held. There is free parking behind the hotel and there is a bus-stop outside the hotel with a frequent connection to and from the city centre. The special congress room rates for the Hotel are: single room 68.50 Euro and double room 98.50 per night, exclusive of breakfast and city tax, inclusive of lunches on Congress days. The NH Hotel Maastricht is a deluxe 4-star hotel within two minutes walking distance of Maastricht School of Management. The hotel has 275 rooms (including 2 suites, 10 junior-suites and 4 apartments). The special Congress room rates are: single room 89.50 Euro and double room 115 Euro per night, exclusive of breakfast and city tax, inclusive of lunch on Congress days. The Congress rates are valid for the days before and after the Congress. Rooms are offered on a first come and first served basis at these rates only through June 1st, 2007. As the month of July is a very busy holiday season, you are urged to reserve early. To receive the Congress package rates, all reservations have to be done directly with the hotels and to refer to “IMDA Congress” All Congress lunches will be served in the NH Hotel’s “Seasons Restaurant.” For delegates who make their reservations in another hotel other than the two above-mentioned hotels, lunch vouchers will be available at the MSM Reception for 18.50 Euro per person.
