The Congress venue is Dedeman Konya Hotel & Convention Center. With its excellent location, it is just a short walk from the city center and close to most of the city amenities. For IMDA delegates, Dedeman Konya Hotel & Convention Center single room rate is Euro 55.00, double room rate is Euro 80.00, and triple room rate is Euro 100.00. There is an additional  hotel tax of 8%.

The Congress rates are valid for the days before and after the Congress. Rooms are offered on a first-come-first-served basis at these rates only through June 18, 2010. All room rates are on the basis of single or double (max. 2 persons) occupancy and include American buffet breakfast, free use of certain hotel facilities and free bus transportation to and from the airport.
