I recently gave a paper at the Annual Conference of the International Management Development Association in Tbilisi, Georgia. There I met many fellow academics from 33 different countries and made many beneficial contacts for future collaborative research. It was one of the best conferences that I have attended in my academic career stimulating academically, yet enjoyable and fun.

IMDA conference welcome you showed myself and Richard.
It was a truly fantastic event and it was a nice change to see such
great networking done at an academic conference.
I am very sure that we will be attending again next year, so please

and colleagues at IMDA for an absolutely fabulous conference
in Tbilisi. Hazel and I very much enjoyed being able to
